A special friendship
The friendship between mother-in-law and daughter-in-law is a very special one. Anja and Devi not only come from different generations and families, but also from different continents. The interest in the foreign and the joy of manual work connects the two.
Devi
From wedding dress to baby clothes
Devi grew up in Jakarta, Indonesia. There she discovered a passion for fashion early on and learned to sew everything from dresses and shirts to traditional clothing. Years later in lockdown, she rediscovers her passion and shortly thereafter sews her own wedding dress. Today she not only makes her own clothes and one or the other dress for friends, but also puts her heart and soul into the concept and the future of Binnibel. Devi loves children more than anything and manages to put a smile on children's faces of all ages.
Anya
Knitting as a passion
Anja was already knitting when she went to school. Today she carries a project bag with her wherever she goes. Over the years she is always looking for new challenges and rarely works on less than three projects at the same time. As a grandmother of two, she loves her grandchildren and does everything to make them happy with small and large gestures. She also puts her love into the baby blankets, each an irreplaceable one-of-a-kind that takes many hours of work.
